Online backup is recommended to secure your files from possible loss. If you're using online backup, your files will automatically download again in the case they go missing from a system update.

When your phone's operating system or version of Android has recently updated and your files aren't showing up properly start by running a scan from within Vaulty's settings. That will usually correct the problem.

If a scan didn't bring your files back try uninstalling and reinstalling Vaulty from the Google Play Store and turning your device all the way off and then back on again.

If your files are still missing, please send us an email so we can correct the problem. Occasionally, small bugs are caused by Android updates to specific devices so we may need to update Vaulty to fix the problem.
