Sometimes, updates to Vaulty remind people that they have it installed. They open it up and see all of their stuff missing. They probably switched phones or did one of the other things from the list on the last page before opening Vaulty and noticing that their content is gone.
Please ensure that none of the other issues listed on the previous page caused your files to go missing before updating Vaulty. There are different ways to recover media based on how it went missing so selecting the root cause is important.
If your files were in Vaulty immediately before updating and were missing after the update then start with scanning for the missing files.
If a scan didn't bring your files back try uninstalling and reinstalling Vaulty from the Google Play Store and turning your device all the way off and then back on again.
If your files are still missing, please send us an email from within Vaulty (Settings > About > Email Us) so we can correct the problem. We work hard to make sure that each update is ready to go and test it as thoroughly as possible but with thousands of different devices, millions of users and nearly limitless configurations, sometimes some nasty little bugs sneak out into the wild. With your help we'll squish 'em as quickly as possible.
